How long is each session?
Most sessions are 45 minutes. Couples and families do best with 60 minute sessions. Persons needing DBT and EMDR are also recommended to 60 minute sessions. Occasionally I can offer 30 minute sessions for certain circumstances such as financial hardship or teenagers who may benefit from short sessions.
What's the cost of the session?
60 minute sessions are billed at the rate of $150, 45 minute sessions are $125 and 30 minute sessions are $100.
Isn't it kinda expensive?
Therapy is an investment in your life, your relationship and ultimately your happiness. Would you buy a clearance dress for your wedding day? Probably not 😉 Choose a therapist that resonates with your hearts calling and you will have made an investment in forever. Wouldn't that be worth it? If you are a couple, wouldn't you say saving your marriage and negative effects to children would be priceless?
Do you take insurance?
I am in-network with Seton/Ascension Health Plan, Medicare Traditional and BCBS PPO. At this time I am not taking any new clients needing to utilize insurance. I am happy to provide you with a receipt for insurance reimbursement on your own. For other providers, be sure and check with your insurance for out-of-network benefits.
Do you provide online services?
YES! You can do online DBT classes through DBTclasses.com and I am now available to provide online services, contact me for more information.

How do you know if we'll be a good fit?
Great question. This site will give you an idea of my style and approach. The first session or two can also help to see if we will connect in person. If you feel we are not a good fit after the first or second session, let me know and I'd happy to give you referrals based on your needs. If I feel I can't meet your needs and goals, I'll be happy to share this with you.
