How do I get started?
Getting started is easy as a click of the button. On the home page, you can click on the button that says “Request an Appointment”. If you are new, choose “Consultiation 60 minutes” and this will show you all my upcoming availability.
No more back and forth on phones and emails if a certain slot is available or not. You can choose the best time that fits your schedule.
Once you select a time, I will send you a confirmation that your appointment is booked. You will also receive a link to an online portal where you will fill out all of forms online. This way, our time is 100% yours and paperwork can be done at your leisure.
In the future, this is also the place where you will find your statements for insurance, you can send questions securely and schedule or cancel appointments when needed.
Do you accept insurance?
I provide an insurance statement that you can provide to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. To better preserve your confidentiality and because everyone doesn’t always need a mental health diagnosis, I do not contract with insurance providers.
This allows me to put your needs first, not the insurance.
What's the cost of each session?
Each session costs $150/session. Payment can be made with cash, credit card, health savings accounts or flexible spending accounts. Receipts will be provided to you for insurance reimbursement if you choose.
How long is each session?
Each session lasts 50 minutes. This is your time to heal and grow.
Do you provide online therapy?
Yes! I provide online therapy for residents of Virginia, District of Columbia and Texas. I also provide online Dialectical Behavior Therapy services which you can learn more about here: dbtclasses.com
